Roofing Services That Keep Rain and Wind Out of Your Building

Covering Homes and Businesses Across the Alabama and Florida Gulf Coast

Our roofing services protect your home or business from rain, heat and wind. We install, repair, replace and inspect roofs on houses and commercial buildings. We work with metal, shingle, flat and TPO roofs. TPO is a single-layer roof covering made for flat roofs. One local team can handle it all, from a small leak to a full new roof.

Our main storefront is in Pensacola, with a second location in Robertsdale. We roof homes and businesses in Gulf Breeze, Navarre and across Northwest Florida and Coastal Alabama. Our team has lived on this coast for a lifetime. We have seen what summer heat and hurricanes do to a roof. We plan our work for both.

Have a leak, a storm-damaged roof or a roof that is getting old? Call us or send a request to talk with our team. Repair consultations are free and fast. We keep you informed at each step, from the first look to the finished roof.

What's Included

Roofing Work That Covers Every Layer of Your Roof

A roof is a stack of layers that work together to shed water. Our team looks at each layer, so one weak spot does not let rain inside. Roofing on the Gulf Coast must handle salt air, hot sun and storm wind.

How Professional Roofing Services Protect Your Home or Business

A Backup Layer for When Storms Hit

Underlayment is a sheet that covers the wood deck under the shingles or metal. If wind strips off shingles or panels, it helps slow rain from getting inside. On a new roof or replacement, the underlayment goes across the whole deck.

Matching the System to the Roof Slope

Pitch is how steep a roof is, and it decides which roof system fits. Steeper roofs shed water fast, so shingles and metal panels work well there. A roof with 3 inches of rise or less over 12 inches is a low-slope roof. Low-slope roofs usually get a sealed membrane, such as TPO, with seams welded together by heat.

Spring and Fall Roof Checkups

Get your roof checked each spring and fall, plus after any big storm. A spring check finds loose parts before hurricane season starts.

Roofs We Handle on Homes, Shops, Offices and Warehouses

On homes, we replace worn roofs and roof new construction houses. We also take on repairs of every size. We can pair a shingle roof with metal over a porch or accent area. For businesses, we roof offices, retail spaces and warehouses. Many have flat or low-slope roofs covered with TPO or another membrane.

The plan for each job depends on what we find under the surface. A leak around a vent may need only new flashing and a few shingles. Rot spread across the deck usually calls for a tear-off. That means stripping the old roof down to the wood. In Florida, many home roof replacements must add stronger deck fastening and a backup water barrier.

  • Shingle roof replacement on single-family homes and townhomes
  • Standing seam metal roofs, with raised locked seams, on homes and pavilions
  • TPO and flat roofs on offices, retail spaces and warehouses
  • Leak, flashing and storm damage repairs on roofs of any size

Roofing Questions From Gulf Coast Home and Business Owners

Here are straight answers on roof types, repairs by material, storm damage and commercial roofs.

Call our office. We are open 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

What types of roof installation do you offer?

We install metal, shingle, flat and TPO roofs. Sloped home roofs often get asphalt shingles or standing seam metal. Flat business roofs usually get TPO or another sealed membrane.

Do metal roofs and shingle roofs need different kinds of repairs?

Yes, each material fails in its own way. A shingle repair often means replacing cracked or missing shingles and resealing nearby flashing. A metal roof repair often means swapping worn screws and washers or resealing panel laps.

Can storm damage be repaired on metal and flat roofs?

Yes, we repair storm damage on shingle, metal, flat and TPO roofs. Wind can lift shingles, peel back metal edge trim or tear flat roof seams. Each kind of damage gets a fix made for that material.

What does commercial roofing involve that a home roof does not?

Many commercial roofs are flat or low-slope, so water leaves through roof drains. The membrane also needs a tight seal around rooftop AC units, vents and pipes.

Which roofing manufacturers is Weather Tech Roofing certified with?

Weather Tech Roofing is a GAF Certified Weather Stopper Roofing Contractor. We also hold TAMKO Pro Certified and Owens Corning Preferred Contractor status. For flat and TPO roofs, we are a Versico Roofing Systems Authorized Contractor.
